SIZE REPLACEMENT MADE EASY

We want you to feel 100% safe when ordering leggings or footwear online from www.ArtfulDwelling.shop. If the item you ordered don't fit perfectly, we offer one free size replacement. Simply let us know the size you would like to try, and we will send it to you absolutely free. You can choose a replacement up to 2 sizes bigger or smaller than the ones delivered. Please note that requests for replacement are accepted within 30 days after product delivery.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

Our products are made to order and custom printed, which means that cancellations are not typically accepted. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Our team will do their best to cancel the order with our factory. Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed due to the custom nature of our products.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER? NO WORRIES!

While we take every precaution to ensure product quality and order accuracy, occasional mishaps can happen. If you receive a damaged item, encounter poor-quality printing, or receive an incorrect product (which is rather unusual), we guarantee 100% satisfaction. Simply provide us with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue, and we will offer you a free replacement order or a refund.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED? WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED!

If your item has not arrived within 45 days after ordering, contact us through our contact us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. Please note that this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

RETURNS POLICY

Since every product at www.ArtfulDwelling.shop is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter a defective item or an incorrect order, simply provide us with a photograph showing the specific problem and include the order number. We will gladly replace the item for you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Please be aware that www.ArtfulDwelling.shop is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. As we export products to dozens of countries, each with different tax laws, all fees imposed by your government during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
